Tena Pajalić, Andrej Skljarov and Franciska Fadljević have been promoted to Managing Associates, and Hrvoje Klišanić and Kristina Marinov have become Senior Associates.

Tena Pajalić advises on financing projects, particularly on acquisition finance and project finance. She is also regularly involved in corporate housekeeping matters and due diligence processes. Tena also advises on handling personal data, restructuring and insolvency, as well as on dispute resolution matters.
Andrej Skljarov has extensive experience in complex regulatory banking and finance matters involving renown clients. Andrej provides consistent counsel to clients on regulatory questions related to their high-tech operations in Croatia and support on offering complex financial products to Croatian customers.
Franciska Fadljević assists domestic and international clients with financing transactions, including project, acquisition and corporate finance. Franciska plays a significant role in the Firm's M&A team as a leader of due diligence processes and in assisting in the structuring of M&A transactions.
Hrvoje Klišanić specialises in commercial and company law, M&A, TMT, infrastructure and constitutional law. He is also a trusted advisor on high-profile disputes and intellectual property rights.
Kristina Marinov focuses on transactional and regulatory work in the energy sector, as well as on corporate and commercial matters, public procurement and M&A. Kristina has strong expertise in national and European energy regulatory legislation and advises clients in the energy sector on a broad range of corporate, M&A and regulatory matters.
