Tena Pajalić

Tena Pajalić is a Managing Associate focusing on commercial and corporate law, as well as banking and finance.

Tena advises on financing projects, particularly on acquisition finance and project finance. She is also regularly involved in corporate housekeeping matters and due diligence processes. She also advises on handling personal data, on restructuring and insolvency, as well as on dispute resolution matters across a wide range of sectors.

Since Tena is fluent in Italian, she is a valuable member of the firm's Italian desk.
