Franciska Fadljević

Franciska Fadljević is a Managing Associate focusing on banking and finance, M&A, corporate and commercial law.

Franciska regularly assists domestic and international clients with financing transactions, including project, acquisition and corporate finance. She plays a significant role in the firm's M&A team as a leader of due diligence processes and in assisting in the structuring of M&A transactions.

Her areas of expertise include the pharma industry and she frequently advises on regulatory aspects in this area.
