Vedran Kopilović is a Managing Associate focusing on commercial, corporate, M&A, telecommunications, media and intellectual property.
Vedran works on financing projects and provides legal advice on various banking law related matters. In addition, he focuses on ESG regulatory monitoring and reporting.
His work regularly includes daily counselling in corporate housekeeping matters, participating in due diligence processes and assisting clients with various financing transactions. Vedran is also the first point of contact for clients in a range of industries in relation to dispute resolution.
