Zrinka Ivanković Šperanda

Zrinka Ivanković Šperanda is a Senior Associate focusing on corporate law and M&A, employment and TMT projects.

Zrinka has significant experience advising clients in the energy sector, particularly on regulatory, financing and corporate matters. She also advises clients on employment contracts, individual termination, internal labour policies, as well as employment of foreigners in Croatia.

Zrinka often participates in due diligence proceedings and regularly works on M&A transactions. Her experience also includes assistance on real estate matters, as well as on data protection matters.
